I've been a Coach for over 2 years. I've helped over 100 woman achieve a body and a lifestyle they truly love and keep it for life. I have played football and been part of team since I was 9 years old. I have always been obsessed with sport and exercise and how it makes me feel and that's exactly what I want for clients too - to help them discover what they love and what makes them feel amazing. Since I have always had a team around me, I want to create that same community with Complete Coaching - having people around you who support, uplift, empower and influence your life positively. However Chloe persuaded me to try it for the first 8 week block and I'm so glad she did! There is always a buzz in the group sessions even on the nights when you aren't feeling the gym, you leave feeling so much better about yourself. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
I like to set initial plans for clients at 90 days to allow us to build amazing habits, wins and see great progress. You will see changes most weeks but the best results within the programme have been within 90-180 days.
HOW MANY STEPS DO I NEED TO GET?
This will be dependant on what you currently do and what your goals are. You will be provided with a daily/weekly step goal that will be specific to you.
WHAT SORTS OF FOOD WILL I NEED TO EAT?
We will be using a flexible dieting approach that ensures your diet is enjoyable for you. Building awareness and possibly making tweaks with the food you already love eating will be our aim.
DO I NEED TO TRAIN DAILY?
Your training programme will be tailored to the amount of days you can commit to each week. Ideally we would like get you training at least 2-4 times a week dependant on goals and lifestyle.
WHAT IF I'M GOING OUT FOR A MEAL AND I CAN'T TRACK MY FOOD?
You will be provided will all the support and advice necessary to eat out while reaching your goals. We want to smash goals while smashing life remember.
DO I NEED TO WORRY ABOUT MACRONUTRIENTS?
We will focus on macronutrients especially protein but you will have guides, videos and support to understand these.
WHAT IF I CAN'T REACH THE REQUIRED STEP COUNT?
All targets provided will be absolutely tailored to you with support on how to reach them. Targets would be based on your current abilities.
WHAT DO I NEED WHEN I GET STARTED?
